Welcome to the Beat the Bloat Holiday Challenge!

The goal of this challenge is to find some consistency with workouts and nutrition during the chaos of the holidays. We’ll do this through committing to short workouts 3 times per week, moderate eating and also making time for stress-relief and self-care.

By implementing these small strategies, you’ll be so far ahead of the curve on January 1st!

WORKOUTS

The workout schedules will be housed here. There are three total, and they change bi-weekly.

You get access to all workouts up front, but resist the urge to jump ahead!

You’ll notice that there are more than 3 workouts on the schedule. Your goal is to pick THREE. If you want to do more, go for it – but know we are shooting for a minimum of three. Also know that doing more isn’t necessarily better!

A typical week would look like this:

3 Workouts Minimum
As many leisure walks as you like
As many stress relieving and self-care activities as possible: massage, mani/pedi, long baths, etc.

NUTRITION

Enjoy the holidays, but keep a moderation mindset. A good way to do this is to focus on protein and veggies first, starches last. Refer to the Holiday Cheatsheet for ideas.

As we go through the next six weeks, please post frequently in the Fit, Fab & 45+ group. The only way this truly works is if we all support each other!
